"THE VOLCANO", a Japanese style milk bread shop, was first born in Chiang Mai, 2011. This dessert shop came from the inspiration of our mum’s childhood menu “French Toast” and our passion and love for desserts. This led to the idea of creating a unique fresh milk bread shop with the motto of “Good taste from the best ingredients just like when our mom made her toast for us and a little “enjoyment/fun” while eating”. “Fun/Enjoyment” is a very important concept for us, as our first branch was located near the Chiang Mai University.
